4.Telehealth & eligibility

The consult takes place by secure video. At the time of your consult, you must be physically located in a state where Dr. Wright is licensed:

  • Utah
  • Idaho
  • Nevada
  • Texas
  • Kentucky
  • Georgia

Let us know before your consult if you'll be somewhere else, as we may need to reschedule. You also agree to:

  • Provide accurate identity, contact and location information
  • Join from a private, quiet space with a stable internet connection, camera and microphone
  • Not record the consult without the Clinic's written consent

You must be 18 or older, or attend with a parent or legal guardian.

5.Important limits

Not for emergencies. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.

A medical consultation

The Initial Consult is a medical visit with a licensed physician. A physician–patient relationship begins at the consult and is limited to that visit. Ongoing care begins only if you enroll in a Clinic service and sign the Clinic's Physician–Patient Agreement.

Telehealth has limits: Dr. Wright cannot perform a hands-on physical exam. If he decides your concerns need in-person evaluation, he will tell you and may recommend you see a local provider.

Keep your current care

Nothing discussed during the consult replaces care from your own doctors. Do not stop or change any medication without talking with the provider who prescribed it.

No guaranteed outcomes

Dr. Wright will share his professional medical opinion and recommendations. Individual results vary, and the Clinic does not promise any specific outcome. Recommendations are based on the information you provide, so please share your health history, medications and supplements completely and accurately.

Fit for care

The Clinic may decline to offer a membership or service if it isn't the right fit. If so, the consult fee is not refunded for the time provided.

6.Privacy & communications

We keep the information you share private and protect it as described in our Privacy Policy. We use secure platforms for video and scheduling, but no electronic system is completely risk-free.

The Clinic keeps a medical record of your consult as required by law. You may request a copy of your records in writing.

By booking, you agree to receive appointment reminders and consult-related messages by email and text. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

7.General terms

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Clinic's total liability related to the consult is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Payment disputes

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Disputing a charge for a consult that took place, or that was forfeited under Section 3, is a breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

Changes

The Clinic may update these terms. The version in effect when you book applies to your appointment.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Acknowledgment

Submission of payment is an acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
